Its not mandatory to write Use Cases, If the requirements 
are clear you can go ahead with Test Cases. Use Cases are 
written to know the business flow of the module/application.

Its not mendatory to go to Usecase and then start writing Test 
Case. If the requirment document is available RSD Or ERD) then 
you can start writng Test cases on the basis of that.

It depends on the company which we are working.In small 
companies they use the SRS document to write test cases.In 
some Companies they directly test the modules using Srs 
documents.Its all depends on the Standars of the company.

it is not a mandatory we can directly write the test cases 
with the help of functional requirement specification.if 
need then we can use usescases

yes,Usecases are not manditory in the preparation of 
testcases.if srs is clear then with the help of srs and BR
(business rules)we can prepare T.Cs.Generally outsourcing 
comp ,only testing based comp like aplabs ,will provide UCDS
