The documents are :
1.While understanding the scope of the project if you are
getting the answers for your queries from Dev team then
consolidate it in an xls file.
2. Test Plan
3. Test Cases document
4. Trackers for each build (Tracking the result of your
testcases and bugs).
5. Status report document(Can be weekly; depends)
The project manager is working with the team to help them
understand the constraints the project must operate within.
As a kick off to the meeting, the manager displays the
first slide, which reads: Scope, Schedule and Budget--You
may pick two.
