it is not easy to convince the customer. actually every
customer says the are not interested to buy anything . first
of all we have to say " do not buy just listen about this
product for few minutes after that one its up to you ... "
so the thing is we have to make them listen even though they
are not interested ...
first when receive call give greeting and try to more
familiar with the customer, show activeness and appreciate
the customer's views then tell about product with clear
information , provide all information about policy and
we should tel the feautures of the product discount, on
product which you are going to sell, we should convince the
customer in policy not rudly, warranty on prouct, not force
to buy the product to customer, so that the customer will
get bored asnwer correct answer wen he Question us. our
voice should be bold so that the customer
First of all,wish the customer acc. to the day.
then simply ask weather he or she has time to listen to you.
Suppose he does have time ,introduce yourself to him(company background)Tell him about your product features.Now,at this time if the customer doesn't look interested ask him can you give me the contacts of people who might be willing to buy your product.
first of all we should try to be familiar with customer.
After that we should make them understand the use of that
particular product for him. Because no one would like to
purchase anything that is not useful for him. If he feel it
useful then afterward you should start comparing your
product with its substitutes.
not all the customers ll be in good mood to listen what we are saying .One should attract the customer by polite speech and explaining about the discounts of our product.Patience and the way of speaking is imp.
we should come to know whether he/she interested or not to buy the product. if they interested 10% out of 100, make them to listen what is product and benefits of product. customer has come to know about his benefits from product.
