If A can complete a work in 6 hours, and B can complete it in 
8 hours, then how much time would they take to complete the 
work together?

total timing is 6+8=14
14/2=7
total timing it takesis 7hours

A can complete a work in 6 hours
B can complete it in 8 hours
total timing is 6+8=14
14/2=7 hours each but work together means they will divide
the work so it will be further divided to

7/2 = 3.5 hours
total timing it takes is 3.5hours

A's 1 hour's work=1/6
B's 1 hour's work=1/8
(A+B)'s 1 hour's work=(1/6+1/8)=7/24
Both A and B will finish the work in 24/7=3 3/7 days
