We will have to move(i.e cut and paste) all the mails from

Answer
# 2
We can use "Archive" feature in outlook which will
create "archive.pst" file locally. We can also derive the
date of the email to move to the archive folder. There are
two ways of archiving, manual and auto archive. This also
holds good for moving calendar items. As this is done
automatically, we need not cut and copy emails.
