A project is a system which involves 1. project, sub-
project, activities & tasks.
It will have the good integration with the other modules
like MM, Fi/co, & PM modules.
A project is unique in nature and non repetetive in nature.
Aproject has start and end periods and a definite
objectives.
In SAP PS
We have WBS elements along with the activities and duration.

or service. Projects usually include constraints and risks
regarding cost, schedule or performance outcome.
It includes the Structures/Networks/Activities/Relationship
between the activities.

end dates. It requires various resources to fulfil its
purpose.
Projects are planned tasks with specific requirements.
They are generally complex,unique,involve a high degree of
risk and with precise goals.
They are limited in duration and are cost and capacity
intensive.
