Voice and non voice process both have their own importance,
in my view one can succeed only when he gets a desired job,
now having experience in voice process doesnt mean that it
is my desired job, yes, it took time for me to understand
my desired job or in other words i can say that i
understood my self a bit late, but finally I found a place
where I can grow up as the job what i will do will not be
only a job but my desired job.
As a fresher, i dont have any experience in voice process
and im completely fresher in non voice process and i want to
work in non voice as to learn something new and ideas and
also to gain some more experience and also to create some
creativity for presentation point of view..
I am not having any experience in voice process as well as in non voice process as a fresher in this industry i want to first try in non voice industry so that i can learn some new ideas and in voice process there will be more stress when compared with non voice process and i have to utilize my computer knowledge and my typing speed so i have chosen to work in non voice process.
I have experience in voice process but now I want to join a
new field (non voice process)because I want to learn more
about call center industry as well as I want to utilize my
computer knowledge and good typing speed.
well, sir i have much experience of voice calling . but i
wanna learn new things in bpo that's why I am vey keen to
join non voice process(bacend) there you have lots of new
thing to learn . and I wanna do job as per my test that' why .
i believe, one can be successful only when he does what
interests him. it took me a certain amount of time to
understand what i really wanted from my job or whati realy
wanted to do. In voice process, i learned a lot and the
learning has given me an understanding about what i am
going to do next. When i saw your organization's opening, i
did a li'l research on it and after this research i came to
this understanding that moving into this opportunity would
be the best choice to drive my career the place where i
really want myself to be. .......:)

i want to join nonvoice process because i voice process we
have very much pressure on us, Customer dealing is very
fast in voice process and you maintain your voice accent
otherwise team leader will doubt you,so you can get angry
and do the rong work,customer dealing effects.and your
target will low ,
