Reverse method in HPLC ? Define application of both method.

Normal phase: Stationary phase is polar, mobile phase is non
polar,
Reverse phase: Stationary phase is non polar, mobile phase is
polar.

normal phase is based on the adsorption phenomenon and
reverse phase is based on the partition phenomenon

for other

above answer is perfect and also,,,....

Normal Phase: separates analytes on the basis of their
affinity for a polar stationary surface such as silica.

Reversed Phase: separates on the basis hydrophobic
interacertions, which originates from the high symmetry in
the dipolar water structure
