Bugzilla is open sourace software.It's sourace code has 
been released under the mozilla license

Advantages:

2.Inter-bug dependencies and dependency graphing
3.A robust,stable,RDBMS back-end
4.Extencive configurablity
5.A very well understood and well thought-out natural bug 
resolution protocol.

Through bugzilla we can able to store and retriew the bugs

these bugs and assign these bugs to the appriate developers 


developer can use bugzilla to keep to do list as well as 
prirites schedules and track dependences.
