why we use 250 ohms across HART CALIBRATOR DURING 
CALIBRATION OF TRANSMITTER

If we do not use 250 ohm resistance then our HART calibrator
shall connect directly to power source, hence it won't be
part of our transmitter loop.

CALIBRATION OF TRANSMITTER DUE TO LOAD GIVEN TO TRANSMITTER
FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSE
