Re: if the transformer at full load have a iron loss =900w and copper loss = 1600w . what percent of the load will the transformer has a maximum efficiency?
Answer
# 2
the exact answer is 72%.because the condition for maximum efficiency is variable loss=constant loss.here constant loss=900,variable loss=1600 at full load.so when variable loss=900 the transformer may reach its maximum efficiency.so efficiency=((900+900)/2500)x100=72%
