My strength is my flexibility to handle situations.  As a 
Personnel Manager in my last job, I was able to turn around 
a negative working environment and develop a very 
supportive team.   
As far as my weaknesses are concerned, I feel that my 
management skills could be stronger and I am constantly 
working to improve them.

My Strenths are: willingness to learning,team faciliater,
abilityb to deal with any type of customer, convincing
skills,timebounded

My weaknesses: if i go to a customer most oftime i spend
with the customer from i may loose another customer.

My strength is hard working & Positive attitude

My weakeness is workholic, i keep working until the job is
