My career goal is to stick on to the same company,intially
wanted to gain experience and knowledge about the process
and improve step by step.i belive in step by step
improvement becoz,i can learn many things in each step so
that once i reach the final step.i should be able to slove
the quires at any level,i should be aware of everything and
anything in the process or company
i agree to alisha .when ask 'what is your career goals'you should not give an impression that may annoy or something that a certain interviewer views you negatively like climbing up for your own purpose and agenda. you should answer not only for your benefits but most likely for the improvement of your abilities and skills for the sake of a certain job or thing to work out....because seeing other phase may give them an impression that you are loyal and dedicated to that certain thing you may acquire...so better answer such thing that may reflect your being devoted for the benefits of all...
my career goals are to learn more(general) and use what i have learned as an individual that may help for the company to make things through and myself and co-workers if ever and if possible for if i do so, it may lead for the productivity in the field,eventually for the success of everyone not only for myself,co-workers nor company but for all, especially for the quality of the service for the convenience of the customers... and also to adapt to a changing society for i believe that enough changes makes everything work out just fine...
