The Boss, should be very helpful and have the zeal to have
interest in what his/her employee is doing i mean helping
them out ,advicng them the right when ever
needed ......he/she should be a helping hand .....friendly
so that the employees should'nt be sacred of saying him/her
if any problems and he should be undrstanding...
The boss must know the strengths and weekness of his team
members, means he must be a good analysor, good human, Good
teacher, Good planner and good motivator. Must have good
managing and administration skills
He has a proper quality to guide his/her employee. He has
decision taking tendency and can control his team & team
members. He has capacity to lead the team according to
circumstances.
1) Boss should not abuse his subordinates
2) If the mistake done by his subordinate may be a big one
but he should talk to him / warn him alone.
3) If the work is done intime or any excellency found in
any subordinate, boss has to praise the person in group (co-
employees)
3) Subordinates never forget the boss who help them on time
and who lookafter about the problems of subordinates.
4) Boss has to encourage the subordinate if he done a good
job.
All these will develop respect / faith on boss and
subordinates can do any work for that type BOSS though the
boss don't have any knowledge about the work.

he should b like a friend when his subordinates hav some
problems b it personal or professional, he should act like
a teacher as well so that he can teach good things n make
us aware about the consiquences of doing mistakes,
(The person went for developer position. He got the call
letter for the developer position too. After finishing the
