In my view call senter is a centralised office of a
company.Where the customer care executive can solve the
customers problem easily by making an autgoing call or
answers service.Call center ia 24*7 helpline where the
customer query is solved by making a call.It is a basically
link between the customers and the company.The main motive
of bpo\callcenter is customer satisfaction. I think this is
a wonderful service for us.
call center is the place where we received the call from
the customers & give the solutions of their problems &
where we make the call to the customrs & sale the product
of the company this place is known as CALL CENTER.
