What is the difference between load bearing and non load 
bearing walls? How to distinguish both?

Load bearing walls:
It should transfer the load (live load,dead load) from
slab,beam,lintel etc,, to the foundation. This structure
designed for Loading condition.

Non Load bearing wall:
This wall won't take any load. It's just like a partition
between adjacent Space. this wall designed to take its self
weight alone

load bearing wall -it is defened as these wall take the
load of slab and beam.such as main wall those wall are
not take the load of beam and siab are called non bearing
wall

non load bearing wall are those walls which we gernerlly keep it for elevation purpose..
