I think this is not the right answer.Everybody should have 
some goal in Life.We have to show them our future plans by 
giving proper answer to this question.

I would like to be in much better position in this

and we can not answer something which is impossible to 
achive in such a short duration.

Yes, I have perfect plan about my career. Within 18 months 
from now I want to be a good Technical Lead.I want to be a 
solied guy in java related technologies. Within 5 years I 
want to be An Architect. For this I am taking Sun 
certifications.
