Concrete cover depends on environmental condition, grade of
concrete, thickness of members, maximum size of aggregate
used etc. Normally cover for footing 75mm, walls 25mm,
beams 25 to 40mm bottom and side and Column 25 to 50mm.

Cover Basically Differs From Structure To Structure

Nominally used Covers Are As Follows
Footing -50mm to 75mm
Column- 40mm to 50mm
Beam- 25 mm
Slab- 15mm to 20mm (Minimun cover As Slab thickness Is
usualy Very Low Compare to Other Structural Parts)
