Answer
# 1
A=1/T ABSORBENCE (CONCENTRATION) INCRESES TRANSMITTANCE
DECRESES

Is This Answer Correct ?    16 Yes 5 No
Uvreddy

Answer
# 2
absorption is inversely proportional to the transmittance.

A light is passed through the solution,if any absorption
take place means transmittance is zero.If any transmittance
takes place absorption is zero.

Is This Answer Correct ?    17 Yes 7 No

Answer
# 3
Absorption and transmittance have inverse logarithamic
relation.
for ex.
A perfectly black body have absorption 100% and
transmittance 0%.

Is This Answer Correct ?    11 Yes 2 No

Answer
# 5
Transmittance =(100-Absorbance)
If a compound has 100% absorbance it has 0% transmittance

Is This Answer Correct ?    9 Yes 1 No

Is This Answer Correct ?    6 Yes 7 No
Murari

Answer
# 8
A = (1-Log T)

(Absorbace is equal to one minus log of Transmittance to
the base 10)
