GO TO GATE WAY OF TALLY
SELECT THE SELECT COMPANY OPTION AND THE LIST OF COMPANIES
WILL BE VISIBLE
SELECT THE COMPANY WHICH U HAVE TO DELETE AND PRESS ESCAPE
KEY, U CAN SEE ALTER OPTION, PRESS ALTER AND SELECT THE
COMPANY,NOW PRESS ALT+D OPTION TO DELETE

then click on find target, then click on data then delete
the file no which no company you want to delete
