It is a Report generated by the company to quit the project
at any stage. This report is not use most probably.

processes whenever it violates from the Quality System 
Standards,Policies,Procedurs and whenever it fails to 
deliver consistency in the Customer Satisfaction and 
Continual Improvement.

A report outlining a deviation from product, process, 
procedure, or compliance specifications. 
Examples:

-A measured part dimension is spec'd to be .250" +/- .002. 
It fails as measured at .257".  It is a non-conforming part 
and must be reported.

-An operator fails to follow procedure.

-A regulatory report is not filed on time.


The non-conformance report includes who, what, where, when.

The report generally initiates an investigation into Root 
Cause (why).

It generally escalates to CAPA (Corrective and Preventative 
Action) - steps to immediately correct and systemically 
prevent (how) the non-conformance.
