"I was at an interview with someone who had been a network
Administrator for years and he told me that in our field
we each have to 'pay our dues.' He said that he actually
wanted to hire me but that he wouldn't without me having
some kind of call service support experiance on my belt.
Call centers give computer tech's new problems to work out
everyday and I think I need to experence that.
because callcenter is sunrise status in india. this a
booming industries in india. so i want join the callcenter.
in this industries gives many type of facilities such as
drop and cab facilities . and mill facilities. compare to
other industries in call center salary prospectus is
good.if i performed good then he give insentive.in this
industries environment is good.
This is what I said while I had an interview in Kathmandu:
let 'em know you'r good on it(provide e.g.), and inform you
want to build career on it. Obviously, money/paycheck is a
great attraction in Sout-Indian continent. Paycheck stuff
does not work if it is in US, not at least for people with
some degree!
Because, call centre is a global business from where i can
know the different types of people,i can develop my ability
to communicate with the people.Unresonable salary and bonus
also attracts me too.At last its a performance based job so
i like it.
as a computer graduate i am very much interested in call
center bcoz iam not intrested in learning any programming
languages like c, c++, etc & the callcenter is the place
where u can explore ourself with many people and can build
our communication skills very stronger. iam interested in a
call center bcoz it provides an ample oppurtunity for us to
build our career.
I want to work in a call centre, but in the phone interview
they asked abt the question of why do u want to work in the
call centre and why not other's jobs. then wht i had to tel
to them?
only call centre as well as others jon if get oppurtunity
corect or not
