A tester stops testing when max high severty and high 
priority bugs are solved.
When testing time hase has been reached

Test cases excecution is completed with certain percentage 
passed,Coverage of functionality reaches to a specified 
point,Bug rate falls below a certain level and release dead 
lines for the application is came near.
