Hello, I am Sadhan. I am pursuing my Final year MBA in (HR
& Finance) it is a dual degree but i interested only in
HR.I think HR is a profession that deals with all the level

If a person work with machines or suppose he is an
engineer,After leaving ajob in a firm if he joins another
company he would not face too much difficulties becoz

Well Hr-- As we know it stands for human resource.
The organisation sets the whole process an the actual game
is played by the concern workers which an HR recruits. if
the workers play in a wrong way then the whole set up of
investing a million dollar project goes in vain an the
company shuts down in no time. A Hr should be very strong
in face reading as well as mind reading. An he should be
wise enough to ask the right question which would reflect
the quality of the worker an mainly Attitude of the worker
towards the work. He should be friendly at the same time he
shouldn loose his concentraion. If a company has a good HR,
then the appropriate workers r fetched an the company
reaches its target in half the time.

i choosed HR due to my personal thinking & capablities to
investigate the need of peopel , to satisfy them in proper
manner of organisation, to get willingly maximum outcomes
from their perfomance for organisation, so every body will
satisy with this unsatisfied life. this situation will give

Hi i am have completed my PGDBM(HR) in 2006, since then i
did not work anywhere more than one month although i did
many jobs. i do not have any certificate in my hand. I also
learned
some web designing languages like ASP 3.0, ASP.NET etc.,now
when i go to the interview what should i tell to the
interviewer what i did in last two years
I have 8 years experience in Marketing field and just I
completed MBA(HR). Without loosing my Marketing field
experience how can in implement HR or otherwise how could
implement HR in Marketing field
i am going to attend an interview for the hr job so please
guide me what questions i am going to expect in the time of
