one newton=9.81 kg (approximately 10kg)
one millimeter= 1/10cm
so,N/mm^2 = 10 kg/(1/10cm)^2
thus one N/mm^2 =10^-1 kg/cm^2

 Is This Answer Correct ? 223 Yes 121 No

# 3
1 n/mm^2= (1/10)/(1/10^2)kg/cm^2
= 10 kg/cm^2

1 kg= 9.81N
1 cm = 10 mm

Therefore:

1N x kg
-----
9.81 N
-------------------
mm2 x 1cm
------
100 mm2

= 0.1019368 kg
--------------
1 cm2
-----
100

9.807N=1kg ( as acc. of gravity=9.807m/sec2)
1cm2=100mm2
1kg/cm2 = 9.807/100 N/mm2=0.09807N/mm2
i.e. 1N/mm2 = 10.19679821kg/1cm2 (approx. 10 kg/1cm2)
expl.: 32N/mm2 = 32 X 10.19679821 = 326.2975427kg/1cm2

 Is This Answer Correct ? 5 Yes 0 No

1ton =10kn
1kn=1000n
1ton=10000n
1000kg=10000n
1kn=10n

10000cm2=1000000mm2
1cm2=100mm2

1kg/1cm2 = 10n/100mm2 =(1n/10mm2)
500kg/1cm2 =5000n/100mm2 =50n/mm2=====}

 Is This Answer Correct ? 6 Yes 2 No

# 10
1Newton= 0.1019Kg
1N/mm2 = 0.1019Kg/mm2
=(0.1019kgx100)/cm2 ...1cm2= 100mm2

1N/mm2= 10.19kg/cm2.

 Is This Answer Correct ? 5 Yes 2 No
