I'll give my best and I solve the queries or complaint of
the custumer according to their needs, under the rights
given by the company to me and I'll provide better customer
service.
if we join any industry definetly we will get a chance to
learn a lot of things. if i join a call center definetly
lern the things that i dont know.i would to like to learn
soft skills becz they are necessary in call service
industry. i just think of that each day is a new learning
for me and will continue with the same.
i will give my best as much as posible for customer needs
and company satisfaction becoz the main aim of all call
centres is that to provide customer needs and help.
