A-Check (Daily routein Check)

1. Check oil level.
2. Check cleanliness of DG
3. Check Battery Voltage
4. Check any Leakage
5. Check all filter condition
6. Check oil Level
7. Check coolent Level
8. Check Check V-Belt condition


B-Check (Every 300- 350 Hrs.)

1. Change oil.
2. Change oil filter,fuel filter,bypass filter.
3. Change Air Filter.
4. Change water Separator
5. Radiator cleaning with chamical

C-Check (Every 800-1500 Hrs.)
1. Change oil.
2. Change oil filter,fuel filter,bypass filter.
3. Change Air Filter.
4. Change water Separator
5. Radiator cleaning with chamical
6. Check All Electrical terminal & thimbles
7. Check polution level


D-check (Every 3000- 5000 Hrs.)

1. Complete DG set should be dismental.
2. Turbo charger service
3. Injector Pin service
4. Cylinder Head service
5. PT Pump sevice &
6. Repeat same B-Check process.

If your DG set running hours more than 10,000 then in D-
Check You should need to be
1. Change Piston Bearing,
2. Change nozels,
3. Piston Cylinder also need to be change.
4. Change Canopy filter if require
5. Check polution level

As per standard, transformer body earthing and other Equipment earthing (Equipment earthing) did not connect. but in LT side termination we are doing metal glanding in both side Transformer to PCC Panel through armoured cable, now X'mer body earthing and PCC Pane earthing (Equipment earthing) both are connect.is this safe for X'mer or other equipment?
