System Use Case is one which describes abt systems's  
functional & non-functional parameters such as reliability, 
availibility., performance , efficiency, adaptability, 
maintainbility etc., It also deals with system's 
interactions with the user/actors utliizing the system. 
Usually System Usecases are being developed by System 
designers, System developers, design leads etc.,
