I think filter is resuable any where u want..
but u can't use condition..it strictly to that particular 
report.

Filter we can use globally ... means we can use standalone
filter in any reports and anytime but in the case of
conditions we use in particular query subjects , query items
or in data items.

IT0001 - organisation assignment. which is used to maintain 
total employee details like Eg,ESG,PA,PSA, and payroll 
area, and administration group and org key and more------

IT0016- contract elements, which is used to maintain the 
meployee contract details like whther the employee is 
contract emp or temorvery emp or hourly based emp------ etc.

contract in 0001(org assignment) is used for statistical 
reporting whereas in contract element(0016) is used to 
define the contractual relation ship of an employee with 
the organisation e.g.Probationary period etc.

It0001 is the main Infotype for all the enterprise and 
personnel structure. IT16 serves a much smaller purpose by 
storing the kind of contract the employee has with the 
company - like permanent full time, permanent part time, 
etc. IT16 end date can also be used to mark the end of 
contract.

IT 0001 is assigned to an employee when an employee working 
in an organization changes to different department for 
example Humanresource to Finance department. IT0016 is used 
for contract employees here we indicate start date and end 
date of contract IT0016 is also used for permananent 
employees

There are 3 time constraints.
Time constraint 1: At any point of time user will have only 
one record in the table , which cannot be deleted or 
delimited. 

Time constraint 2.: Means at any point of time SAP user 
will have to only record one record , but it can be limited 
or delimited. Eg Emergency number.

Time constraint : At any point of time the user will have 
more than two record which can be deleted or delimited

Time Constraint 1 : Entire time of the employee in 
organization,there should only one valid record. If any 
record is added existing record is delimited with the date 
new record has created.

infogroup exists in the standard system for every personnel 
action type. - In Customizing for Personnel Administration, 
you can tailor the make-up of the various infogroups to the 
requirements of your company. - You can define infogroups 
as user-group dependent. Infogroups are used in Personnel 
Actions to define a set of sequencial infotypes that you 
would be using while performing an action. For example, 
when you hire, you would want to use 
IT0000,0001,0002,0006,0007,0008 etc in a sequence- in a 
particular order. So define an Infogroup for this purpose 
which contains all these infotypes, their order of 
execution and the user groups it is applicable for. Then 
you assign this infogroup to the action that you had 
defined.

while creating actions like 
Hire
Terminate
Rehire..etc we come across msn20, 21 and 32 as these will
update for actions.
msn32 will be updated so that more than one action is
possible....

MSN20, MSN21, and MSN32 are the feature for 
Termination,Re-entry into Company,Retirement respectively.

You can configure these feature Via Transaction Pe03 and 
these features are used in Table T529A.

step 1: here we will be creating fileds which we need to 
get into our infotype sby goining to se11 T.CODE, once it 
is completed we need to do activities , SAVE, CHECK &

step 2: by going to T.CODE -PPCI, we will be inserting the

AA = First two characters of Cost Center (for eg Business

The above code will give hr user authorisation of employees 
for all locations belonging to particular PSA's specific

It wo'nt work because if there is an data exist in 
(id number(9)).You cannot modify if colmun is not empty.

It will raise error ora-1439 column to be modifiedy must be
empty to change datatype.

It Will not work properly. when ever the table with data 
user can't chage the column's datatype. It allows to 
increase the size of the data type only.

It won't work coz number can't datatype can't be changed to 
varchar. If data does not exits then its work fine.

We cant change column datatype while the column having
values.. Bcos error will come when u run the Alter table
modify statement...

complex reports:

I have created many reports using VB macro like 

I had created one control report which is defined many Sales
ares, Plants, Sales repcode..... like i have created control
reports and based these refer to created another report
which is refer to control report and run the each area or ,
sales repcode.... like that i have created and these reports
will be published individually on webi.

I thought that these type of reports are called Complex reports

In my senario i have create a complex report for 
insurances is in my product create a report for client 
details basically one persons having n number of policyies 
i will find out the persons partiular report

just configure the report datasource by database
