| Answer |
co-dominance means there are always two alleles for any
character. If the two alleles are equally dominant over one
another and neither of them exprasses to outside is called
codominance. Here neither of the character appares in
offspring. This phenomenon can be clearly explained by
taking the example of drosophila. |
3 | Suresh |

| Answer |
when two allele is dominant |
1 | Jayvee |
| |
| |
| Answer |
When both alleles of a pair are fully expressed in
heterozygote,they are called codominant. |
2 | M.karthika |

| |
| Answer |
both alleles are equally dominant, both alleles are
expressesd at the same time.
ex. (chicken feathers)

IN Certain eukaryotic cells MRNA DOES NOT ENTER CYTOPLASM
AS A NAKED RNA STRAND BUT OFTEN REMAINS ENCASED BY CERTAIN
PROTEINS.SPIRIN HAS PROPOSED TERM INFORMOSOME FOR MRNA-
PROTEIN COMPLEX.THE PROTEINS BOUND TO INFORMOSOME PROVIDE
STABILITY TO MRNA MOLECULE AND PROTECT IT FROM DEGRADATION. |

What is the superiority of TLC over paper chromatography? |

|
I also faced this Question!! |
© ALL Interview .com |
| Answer |
The superiority of TLC over paper chromatography
because of inorganic nature of adsorbent concentrated
sulfuric acid spray followed by heating may be used to
develope on the chromatogram by charring.
moreover aminoacid mixtures which require 18 hours for
seperation on paper require 3 hrs using cellulose TLC.
advantage also lies in choice of adsobents which allow
seperation not possible on paper. |
0 | Sahithi |
| |
| |
| Answer |
when compare to paper chrmatograpy TLC having more
advantage because in TLC we are having wide joice of
adsorbent depend upon our sample and development. after
development sample can seperate easily from TLC. higher
version of TLC like HPTLC and more type is their for
purification of the sample. |

| Answer |
HERE in free electrophoresis protein solution is composed of 3
components a,b,c carry charges of same sign but of diferent
magnitude.
the solution will be homogeneous from ascending boundary to
descending boundary. on the flow ofcurrent 3 components are
seperate. during electrophoresis concentration gradients will
be set at the boundaries. method is free electrophoresis.
in zone electrophoresis migration of proteins in an electric
field passing through a solution supported by inert
materials such as filter paper, starch gel, silica gel is
termed as gel electrophoresis. |
