Answer
In general the dissolution medium volume should be 3-10
times the saturation solubulity of the drug. Sink
conditions means thd drug which goes in to the solution is
not effected by the drug which not dissolved.

4 Ram

Answer
it is a condition at which the concentration of drug is
maintain in blood after administration of drug due to
continuous flow of blood

0 Hariram

Answer
In sink condition, the volume of Medium is more than 5-10 folds of its saturation point & in anyway it Drug will not reach to its saturation point.

Answer
how much drug absorb its eliminated in same amount

0 Honey

Answer
The concentration of drug at absorption site i.e.,GIT is more than in plasma level.....
It follows first order reaction(non linear graph)

5 N Bharth Kumar

Answer
accordng to ficks first low c git is zero compare to c plasma .if have zero condition disslution is high

0 Ranjith

Answer
it is the condition at which the concentration of drug in
git is maintain greater then that of in plasma.

Answer
One of the requirements to conduct an appropriate drug
dissolution test is to use a sufficient volume of
dissolution medium, which should be able to dissolve the
expected amount of drug released from a product. This
ability of the medium to dissolve the expected amount of
drug is known as a “sink condition”.It is important to note
that a dissolution test should not be conducted in a volume
of the medium which would not dissolve the expected amount
of the drug completely and freely.

w1 - wt of empty bottle
w2 - wt of sample
w3 - wt of bottle with sample after 1-3 hrs of drying in vacuum

0 Rajkumar

Answer
LOD= 3.3xsigma/S.

LOQ= 10xSigma/S.

           Sigma= Residual Std Deviation.
           S= Slope Comes From Linearity Curve.
