Recruitment is a process of searching the candidates for
employement and stimulating them to apply for jobs in the
organization
Recruitment acts as a link between employers and job seekers

abt the recruitment scenario in glaobal market u should read
The hindu ascent(Newspaper) on wednesdays which keeps giving
updated infor abt global market n market scenario.

Recruiting is employing skilled and knowledgeable persons. 
Hire them so that they can serve the company. In todays 
scenario there is a slack in recruitment drive as the 
market condition has detoriated and the companies are 
trying to deal with ongoing recession

Training is on going process. if an employee wants to 
handle a particular job in a time he will be provided 
training so what he can perform the job. it is training.

learning is a contineous process ie to attain a job some 
where in the near future.
