bpo is business process outsourcing,is the use of third
party contracted to perform specfic & speclized task.

it ia a buisness process outsourcing in which we will have 
to deal with customers/clients in two way
1.voice process in which one 2 one chat 
2. non voice in which we chat our customers/clients through 
e-mail or internett.

BPO 
    Bussiness Processing Outsourcing the term itself 
indicates using leased employees or hiring outside staff.
These emp generally called temporary employees, temp, 
contract employees.
Throughout the past decade this practice has become more 
accpeted method for hiring firms to attain the 
service of outside workers. This practice has given a good 
results to the employer. The outsourcing firms hire 
talented and highly skilled employees who fit for the 
suitable position.
      With the outsourcing process the companies are 
getting good profits in terms of productivity,clients 
satisfaction. 
Mainly banks, health cares, finance related companies are 
depending on BPOs.Where the highly skilled persons who were 
recruited on that perticular product are giving best 
results in the industry.

Bpo stands for business procrss outsourceing.It has two 
process inbond and outbond.Inbond is the process by which 
the coustomer clearifies doubt and lodge complaints about 
products and servces and Outbond is the process by which we 
give a information about products and services.

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the act of giving a 
third-party the responsibility of running what would 
otherwise be an internal system or service. For instance, 
an insurance company might outsource their claims 
processing program or a bank might outsource their loan 
processing system. Other common examples of BPO are call 
centres and payroll outsourcing. 

Typically, companies that are looking at business process 
outsourcing are hoping to achieve cost savings by handing 
the work to a third-party that can take advantage of 
economies of scale by doing the same work for many 
companies. Or perhaps the cost savings can be achieved 
because labor costs are lower due to different costs of 
living in different countries.

In exchange for the potential cost savings, the company in 
question must relinquish control over an aspect of their 
business which explains why business process outsourcing is 
often reserved for non-critical, non-core type of work.

I had to leave the last job because the company was being shifted to another city. And It was impossible to do daily up down from my house. And I was not in the condition to shift over there. But I regret that I had to leave from there as it was very nice company.

I left my last due to comming my exams that was more 
important than doing the job. Second vailid reason of 
leaving that job was dissatishfaction from the company's 
facilities and atmosphare which was not suited to me. it 
was not providing proper pick n droap floor mantinence 
was also not good.

I was go with my freind for movie
the movie is really good for me
because in this movie i saw who i don't no.
than I was go for boating.and than i return to my home

last Sunday, I woke up at 9.00. Then i got fresh, then i 
spent some time at home. Around 12, I went to meet my 
friends,we decided to watch a movie in shipra mall, we 
watched movie, roamed in market in the evening, then atlast 
I had dinner and came back, then i talked to my friends on 
phone and finally retired at 11

last sunday i woke up at 9,got fresh n had my breakfast.in 
afternoon i watched television n slept for some time.In the 
evening i sat infront of my pc n had played a game, then i 
had my dinner n finally i get to bed at 11.

last Sunday I woke up by 6, then I went to gym. I spend round about 2 hors over there. After that I came back to 
home and  got fresh n then I took my breakfast, then I 
worked onto my PC for some time. After that I went to my 
friend's home, after spending some time over there, we went 
to a mall and passed some time over there. Then I came back  
took my lunch. After that I took a nap. I spent my evening 
at home with my parents and I worked onto my PC for some 
time and around 9 PM I took my dinner and at about 11PM I 
went to bed.

last Sunday, I woke up at 9.00. Then i got fresh, then i 
spent some time at home. Around 12,

i got up by 6 in the morning, then got fresh, After that i 
decided to go to market for buy some wages for lunch,then i 
returned at my home, i prepared lunch for my room mat and 
me, around 12:00 i took a lunch  and i decided to rest for 
a while, After getting refresh i sat myself infrent of my 
PC, i saw a movie ,the name of that movie was (blue sea), 
in that movie ,there was a fish , three person cought that 
fish for his own perpose, there was a doctore among them, 
and they decided to make a drug of that fish's mind , they 
were trying to increase the mind of fish for geting drug in 
huge quantity, but in interwal in the movie i saw that fish 
got lots of mind and fish decided to kill all of them,fish 
stareted to kill one by one having of good mind, in the end 
fish has killed most of people who were working in that 
process,only one presone who did't like to take the benifit 
from  fish only that persone was save but all of those who 
wanna take the benifit from fish's mind were die,
            con:- we never disturb the rules of GOD, 
becouse every who is born on the earth has right to live 
according  to himself, so plz never do that,

Last Sunday i woke up at 8 am in the morning!!After having
tea went for walking,came back around 9.30read newspaper
with tea after reading news paper i took bath had my breakfast.
A friend called me up for some gathering i went there
..where  i found some of my old friends then we had some
snacks over there It had been decided by all of that we will
go to India Gate for ride with one of my friend new car..so
we all went there,enjoyed well and thereafter i came back to
my home had dinner with family, went to bed.

I spent last Sunday very happily.
I walk up 8`O clock in the morning. 
I brush my teeth and go for skating with my friends.
I do sometimes skating.
Then I go back to my house and take bath.
At 11`O clock I take my breakfast and watch T.V..
At 1:30 P.M. I had my lunch and take rest.
In evening I do my home work.
At 8`o clock I had my dinner.
And after 1 hour 9`o clock I went to bed and fall asleep.

As matter of sunday ,I did some extracurriculum activities 
like watching movies ,practice myself singing because I am 
good singer for some specific voice

Last day i woke up by 5:30,and went for a morning walk.I 
spent 2 hours over their and after that i came back to my 
home.And i got fresh and took my breakfast.Then i worked on 
my PC for some time.
After that i went to my relative's home and after spedning 
a good time their i just came back to my home and took my 
lunch.After that i took a short sleep.
I spent my evening with my family.And after that i played 
games on my PC and around 9pm i took my dinner and at about 
11 pm i slept.

last sunday i woke up around 2:30...had couple of 
cigerrates and after that i again went to bed and slept 
till...1:00 in the morning.....SUNDAY IS OVER!!!!

last sunday at 3am in the morning I woke up and went out
side on the road as  I didn't get sleep. I happen to see a
couple fucking nudely on the forbidden roads. With
excitement I went to them silently.....but they recognised
me and the asked me to join. I was very happy to hear from
them and I too joined them.i dont know really what to do n
how to do the 60 yr old man told to put my || into the (.)
of 35 yr old lady and spoke to make random movement . I
tried hard and I never left her upto 40 mins. I sucked her
bubbly boobs and he told me to stop and asked money. I have
no money then I told him then he replied to fuck his ass.
Being not a homo I did it and ran away from there

i hav been to swimming pool wit my friends satday nd 
believe me my frends after we finished our swimmming we 
cought in heavy rain nd dat was unforgettable time i ever 
had...be simple in wht evr u hav done.......

because i work all 5 days so on weekend first of all i
washed all my dirty clothes and then in the evening i go to
movie with my friends and we also do dinner in the hotel.......

i want to join in BPO just because this job is matching my 
skills and i can easily get in to this work and improve  
for the betterment of my job status,BPO gives  experience 
in tele marketing and online troubleshooting capabilities.

BPO is a fast growing industry these days.  So it helps in 
improving the individual career growth.  Which every one 
wants.  You get the professional environment to work.  You 
learn working in team.

i would like to join bpo becoz it is place u can earn lot of
money and make ur communication skills excellent. it is
place where u have to deal with customers from different
countries . i m having a quality to convince a customer and
good selling skill. all i can say it is interesting job for
me to do,

i want to join bpo because there are  different kinds of 
shifts over there .you have to interact with diffrent 
customers.as we got a nice salary package.sometimes there 
is no bar of educational qualification.your communication 
skills get stronged as well as this may increses your IQ 
level.you can take quick actions.

color,i would just give the symbols and significance of 
each color.red signififies life its bcoz its the color of 
our blood and it also signifies bravery.i'm sure he has 
already eaten an apple,watermelon and other red foods.i
