i remember it is a very funny incident from my school days when i was in class 4th me and my friends participated in fancy dress competition and as well it was a drama and teacher  rehearsal alot for that at last the name of our group called on stage every one dint spoke a word in front of audience on of my friend started laughing and every one of us start laughing by seeing us our parents and all audience started laughing and they send us back and their was no drama or fancy dress competition held any more and teachers scold us very badly ...

Depreciation means decrease in the value of Assets.In usual 
practice most of the companies are using Staright line & 
reducing balance methods of Depreciation.

depreciation means the regular and permanent dimnution 
value,quantity and quality of a fixed asset due to wear and 
tear is called depreciation.many of companies follows 
calculating depreciation straight line and written down 
value method.

Depreciation means a gradual decrease or demultion or 
reduction in the value of the assets.It occurs due to wear 
and tear, accidents, Obsolecense. So it is a loss to the 
business and therefore it is treated as an indirect expense 
and credited to the profit and loss account. It is deducted 
from the concerned assets and the remaining balance is 
shown on the asset side of the balance sheet.

DEPRICIATION  DENOTES GRADUALLY AND PERMANENT DECREASE IN 
THE VALUE OF ASSTS DUE TO WEAR TEAR , TECHNOLOGY CHANGES 
AND LAPS OF TIME.

liqidation he cant pay of his liabilites. so he is

The question can be answered based on the liability of the 
company.if the company has limited liability thn the owner 
is not liable or responsible and therefore he is solvent.

but,in case the companies liability is unlimited the owner 
will b liable to pay back all the liabilities n will end up 
being insolvent.

the company can neither be in a profitable position as 
their liabilities are more than the assets nor will it be 
in a liquidity position as they are running short of cash.

Since the question is about the insolvancy of the company 
it should not impact the solvancy of its owners. However, 
in the case of a sole proprietor or a partnership firm the 
status of teh organisation and the owners are the same but 
in case of companies the owners (equity holders) are not 
affected. The liability of the owners is limited to the 
extent of their in the company. in certaiin cases directors 
can be made directly resposible and liable but that is not 
relevant to this question.

1> start Cognos confg. at content manager

2> In the explorer window, under data Access, content 
Manager Delete Content manager to select right clk.

3> Right clk content manager, and then clk New resource 
Oracle Database.

4> In the Name box, type name for Resource.

5> At type box, type name for resource.

6> In properties window, provide value depend on Database 
type.
Put appropriate value for Database Server and portno, 
service Name Properties.

7> If you want to change the Logon credential specify a 
user ID and PW, clk the value box next to the user ID &PW 
property then clk the Edit Button.

8> From the file menu, clk save.

The logon crtedentials are immediatly Encrypted, Content 
Manager Now able to create the required table in the 
content Store with Oracle Database.

You have given the details for Cognos Configuration area
only. Can you help me how to create a new database in
oracle? (For example i want to create database name CM).
Also how to give access permission(User-ID and Password) for
that database in oracle. In SQL SERVER 2000, we can create
new database directly(Just Right clicking New database) also
we can give login details in Security area of SQL Server
Enterprise Manager. Like that Can we create in
Oracle Enterprise Manager? The same User ID & Password we have to
give in Cognos Configuration.  Pls help me.

I written there steps to Configure Cognos8 with Oracle 
Database. After read ur's view I come to know that you do 
not have single Day exp. in Cognos so you asking ambiguous 
things.

My answer was to help Real time working Associate who have 
any trouble to configure cognos, Not for any false or fake 
candidate to Qualifying Any Interview.

Create any Database on Oracle is not responsibility of a 
Cognos Reporting team. Oracle Functional or DBA Associate 
will responsible for Database creation in Oracle. 
Securities can be Define at Cognos framework manager for 
Cognos Reporting.

Being a OCA Certified associate I can tell you few steps 
for create Database at Oracle it may help you beco’z I come 
to know that u r a beginner in IT industry:
 Steps are:

1> Create initialization file spfle &pfile 
( '/ora/xyz/int.ora; )

2> Create a database creation script (@crdb.sql)

3> Connect to the instance

4> Decide &set ORACLE_SID

4> Create db Authentication   db_name= ...

5> connect to the instance

6> Create a server parameter file

7> start the Instance

8> Issue the create Database

9> create Additional tablespaces

10> Run script to build Data Dictionary view

11> Run script to install any additional reqiered

For Create a password u may write script as:
Create user username identified by passward default 
tablespace data quata unlimited on data;

on unix env. you may write as:
$ orapwd file= $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwxyz
 password = oracle

comunication skills and good attitude, my desire to built

interested in this particular sector. Moreover I would love
to have global exposure. Bpo has got a great boom and I
believe that my communication skills and flexible nature
suits the profile given for this job.

I am disspointed the way HR people replied. He is asking 
some help if you can please help him. But you people are

working as a HR Executive i know how difficult to get a

Duration was 1 hour. Total marks was 50 and cuttoff was 25 at our time .


1st section of Comprehension which contains 5 question on words comparison
like if water:glass then which of the following suits the most to the
situation like this easy questions.


next 5 questions were from passage reading.

2nd section was data interpretation. R.S aggarwal (Quantitative) is
sufficient for this section. 

questions on pie chart and bar graphs.

3rd section was Quantitative if u have good concentration you can solve this. 

time b/w a-->b  == 2 hrs

a-->c ==1.5 hrs.

b ==> ==3 hrs.

and some data was given then we were asked 5 questions on the topic to
solve .They are easy but time consuming.

Next 5 questions were also very easy.

section 4 is of logical reasoning.

Question were very simple.

questions on coding like if "like = qmfg" then "kiel" will be coded as?

some questions on time and distance and clock angle.

last section was of simple quantitative and R.S Aggarwal is sufficient for
this section.

I cleared the written.we were called for the technical and H.R interview 

We had ppt for some hour an so and we were required to fill up an
application blank and have to submit a copy of latest resume.


At last I was called for technical interview at 9:30 P.M
