My husband was denied K-3 visa to the USA when he went for
interview at Lagos, Nigeria. It was to be recommended for
revocation of his papers for suspicion of marriage for
immigration. I have not received any letters yet
concerning this. I have tried calling but canot get any
person on the line. What do we do now?

Right Now I am in Canada on workpermit for my Company

An HP company in hyderabad under the client location of

I wanted to work in USA a citrix administrator for any
company there how can i get a visa in order to go there
and if i get visa till how many years can i stay there
I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not
able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is
going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What
should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper
work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?
