Why are you getting married in you and not in your home
country, what about your parents since they won't be able
to come or if you apply for their visa it will be a lot
more difficult getting their visa? Why not in your home
country?
How did you meet? When did you meet(exact date)? Was there
any engagement ceremony (if yes then attach proof -
photograph) what was the date of engagement? Did you meet
your fiance in your country or when you were in US or when
ur fiance came to your country...all dates applicable?
Questions about your fiance's family? Like about her
brothers/sisters, if they are married? If your fiance's
lives alone or with someone? About your fiance's parents?

sir,this is vamshi. i completed my btech(cs)in 2006 and i
secired 59.25%.now am working as a associate professor in a
same college which is i studied(btech).my gre & toefl is
850,73 respectevly.i have 6 backlogs ,i applied for
tamu-commerce and i got rejected my visa recently.now am
applying my visa on 11 july'08.could you please help me how
can i support with this criteria? what are the expected
questions and give me the proper answers ..

I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went
4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. I have
done BBA & MEB (Master of E-business)
now i ll try in december but this time i have change my uni
as well as course
This time i ll go for bridgeport uni and my course is MS in
Technology mgt, so what would be my ans this time when they

iam desperately need your help by
suggesting me how to afce the interview.
i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in
mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my
phd in csce dept.
i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to
our culture and tradition we have to get married in india
so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa
renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case.
i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on
dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested
me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only
paid the bail.
in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since
the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a
husband so not necessary to worry.
i also did not fill that i was married because we are not
married acording to our tradition and culture.
i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for
fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i
was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me
why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told
the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and
apply and come again.
now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please
help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them
a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am
married (according to our tradition we are married in jan
2007).

Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as
that done when we have applied for passport??
If police checking doesnot include personal interview by
police officals, then how is police clearance done for
getting visa..........

date of interview which is 15 december 08. i am going to u
all that if i ill get visa, am i capable to start in
january session 09, actually my consulate said me if u ill
get ur visa, u r capable to start your studies in may 09
session, is that?

I am 18 years old and now i wait for the I20 form. I have
my appointment at the embassy on 19 August. I will go to
the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester
and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for
to pay the first two years. I have also a academic
scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$
and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college,
because i play in my country american football and i want
to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score
33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and
if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few
ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, (
I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last
years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro
(27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but
my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how
probabilities have i to take the student visa?
