2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month. My L1B visa
going to expire in April 2013. Can I go to India while H1B
in process and get H1B from India?
i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my
question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i
couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are
my chances of getting through the visa interview but the
plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it
necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove

I had submitted applications to sponsor visitor Visa for my
parents. During the application process, I had selected
Hyderabad as the consulate. I want to schedule an interview
in kannada and since my parents are residents of Karnataka,
I am being asked to take up an interview at Chennai. Since
my application confirmation lists Hyderabad as the selected
consulate, Will there be a problem if the interview is

I return back in 2008, eventually my L1B got expired in

undergraduate they do dont give visa again for

Hi,
I went to the USA in Feb 2008 on an H4 visa, there i
applied and got an H1 visa. However for some reason i had
to get back to my country- India in Nov 2008 -
Now, i am going back to the USA next month as my husband
has got a job opportunity there. I have a few queries :
If i go on my H4 Visa, will my H1 visa still be valid?
Should i go for a stamping againg for my H4 visa. My H4
will expire only in the later months, do i still need to
get it stamped in my scenerio
I do not have a job currently in the US. can i go on my
dependant Visa as my husband is in the US. Look for a job
and then get my Visa stamped .
