done with my mba hr. i went to uk in jan 10th to complte my
last sem. my collge is in hyd and uk. i got 10 months
visa.want to apply student visa without tofel or gre can i
do.. plzz tell me what should i do?? are there any chances
to us.
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in
Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa
page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other
than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i
will go to my university.
My travel agent told i will not be allowed. Please anybody
who did so and had any experience or news abt this

in documentation and now am going to attend visa interview
on 11th july ... if they asked ... like ..what

Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection
result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if
so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send
back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer.
And what is the duration to know whether you got selected
for H1B.
Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this.

i got admission at us university in MBA health care
managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got
admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer
asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not
requite to that university. is this a problem at the us

secired 59.25%.now am working as a associate professor in a
same college which is i studied(btech).my gre & toefl is
850,73 respectevly.i have 6 backlogs ,i applied for

During H1 B visa interview sometimes they ask for "project
description letter". I guess our boss should give this. But
my boss asked me to draft the letter myself and he would
sign it for me. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be
in there. I guess a lot of details regarding project, could
anyone tell me how long and what details need to be there.
My interview is on the 11th of april 2008. If any one could

How does US visa officer verify the educational
certificates at the time of visa interview. Do they
actually cross check anything.
I have my brother and sister in US and my parents keep on
going as they have greencard. My sister have filed for my
immigration in 2001. I have never applied for visa till
now.Should i tell the interviewer about my family members
being in US well in advance or i should do that only if it
is asked?
My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating
to previous employer, I got only offer letter and
experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont
