Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my
educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time
diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to
process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational
qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the
chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply.

I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get
admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage
wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my
visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with
me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i
honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA
saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am
planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question

ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990
and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in
oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in
hyderabad. So i'm in dilema to continue and try this time

I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got
everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns
client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told
that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner.

Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been
working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a
policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i
tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for
the reason for me to come back home ..India ??
I have applied for the university last year but differed the
application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa
interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of
some project i couldnt take up the course last year .."

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London.
I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the
summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The
university pays their student to study for the summer as
they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I
able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1?
Also, can I apply for a visa in London instead of going back
to France for the embassy appointment?
