I need diffrences between Object Identification, Smart
Identification, Regular expresion,Low-Level Recording
(enables you to record on any object in your application,
whether or not QuickTest recognizes the specific object or
the specific operation.)
I am working on Web Application. In that object caption
will change dynamically. For example, consider “Save”
button. On clicking save button the caption changing as “
EDIT ”. From above concept which concept I have to use here?

i'm testing the webpage with QTP, in this wabpage i have to
choose the CV from the window, but QTP can't recognize the
object, so i used the Low LEvel Recording, but every time i
run the test, QTP go to halt when it gets to the Recorded
part,
any solution for that?( except puting delay in the script
and manuall selecting, because i've did that)

i need to add 1000 users in a domain i written the script
for that and it is running successfuly but the problem is
that my system is not the user of that domain in which i
have to add users so for adding users in that domain i have
to install qtp on that another system, can anybody suggest
me the way to add those users from my system ultimately i
want to know how to access remote computer through script

you are recording on "WINDOW 1", say it has a link if you
click on that, that leads you to "WINDOW 2". If you do any
manipulations on "WINDOW 2" that are automatically updated
in to "WINDOW 1". But "WINDOW 1" is currently invisible. But
the updations in "WINDOW 1" must also be recorded as a
script in QTP.
The best Example is if you update your resume in JOB STREET
portal it actually happens in other window, but the previous
window is automatically updated. Now does QTP help you in
this types of situations?
