I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is
that I have only applied to one university because I have
made my home work on all the universities that offer my
course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got
a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the
program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a
problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other
universities that I applied apart form this?
I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I
have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my
company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my
H4 visa affect my L1B??
I was passed in 2007.did lectureship in engineering college
for 2.5 yrs then did one professional course in 2010.from
there i got placed to MNC now having 1.5yr of exp in
software.Now my company wants to file L1 B visa for me.As
dis visa is meant for people with specialized knowledge.Is
this 3.5 yr of gap after my education and job will be reason
for my L1 rejection.Do the visa officer check every
educational certificate thoughrouly.I cant mention
lectureship as my previous employer also.plz help I have my

My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below
concerns.
I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i
cleared all subjects
and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i
had arrears (Mathematics-1)
which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a
company(present employer)
in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard,
university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed
in 2010 january".
As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and
as per my company I have

please advice me how to handle this.
My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I
simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I
clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there
be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as
other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same
time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice
what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in
interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?

Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa
in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company
had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am
associated continuously with the same company X since Jun
2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition
which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan
2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end
of Feb or early March 2012.
Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because
of these multiple rejection? Please suggest me what are the
chances of getting L1A approval.

Hi, I went for L1B visa interview last week and VO told me
that you are qualified but apply for H1 or Indivi L1. and
he has written as Not clearly approvable on I129. so if i
apply again what is the success rate? and he has not given
me any slip and DD return also!!

Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change
in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and
passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am
working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply

The reason I am worried because, the first company where I
worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently
there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well
as release letter from this company I don’t have any other
documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small
company we used to get the payment in cash.).
So, in this situation if my present employer asks these
documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble.
Please advice me what should I do in this situation.

Hi..I would like to know whether the credit card defaulter
can get L1 or H1B visa....

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008.
After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India
initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa
in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa
for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i
have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in
lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my
L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the
required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't
provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1
blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week.
Could anyone share any information that would help me to
give my best in the coming interview?? Please post the
information soon if u have any.. Thanks in advance..

My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM
FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend
MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007
means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6
month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in

My L1B Visa got rejected on 22nd Oct. When can the company
file H1B for me. Is there any cooling period required after
L1B rejection. Also what is the processing time for H1B Visa

I have done my +2 and then an open university degree and
work experience of 6 years, regular education for
10+2=12yrs, and 3 years partime education. Will I be
eligible for L1 Visa?My company is planning to trigger one
for me, I am not sure if I would be eligible or not, any
pointers would be very helpful.
